AC Troubleshooting
- Check the settings on your thermostat. Make sure the temperature is set below the current room temperature. Make sure the system switch is on the Cool or Auto position.
- Lower the thermostat to a lower temperature setting to try to turn the AC unit on.
- Make sure your thermostat does not require new battery(s).
- Make sure all registers are open and not obstructed.
- If the air flow from your registers is low, check to make sure the air filter is not extremely dirty. This can block air flow.
- Check the power disconnect switch by each unit (indoor and outdoor).

Furnace Troubleshooting

- Raise the thermostat to a higher temperature setting to try to turn the furnace on.
- Make sure your thermostat does not require new battery(s).
- Make sure all registers are open and not obstructed.
- If the air flow from your registers is low, check to make sure the air filter is not extremely dirty. This can block air flow.
- Check the power disconnect switch by the furnace.
